Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE + QMS policies across logistics and fleet operations
- Manage safety compliance for drivers and trucks
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, audits, and incident investigations
- Maintain HSE documentation and regulatory reports per the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
- Drive safety culture and training for all staff
- Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and continual improvement processes
Requirements:
- BSc in Science or Engineering
- ISPO HSE Level 3 mandatory
- Certification/Training in ISO 39001 RTMS required
- NEBOSH IGC is an added advantage
- Proven experience in logistics drivers & truck management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations and ISO standards
- Excellent communication, audit, and report writing skills
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000 monthly, based on experience
