We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HSE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the organization. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe working environment, promote compliance with HSE policies, identify workplace hazards, and support safety awareness, etc.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Assist in implementing appropriate corrective and preventive safety measures.
- Promote safety awareness and safe work practices among employees.
- Support the organization of HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
- Ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
- Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant HSE experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in workplace health, safety, and environmental management.
- Basic understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, incident reporting, and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of PPE requirements and workplace safety practices.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential safety risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
