Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Handle office administration, vendor management, and document control.
- Assist in organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain employee records and draft human resource documents.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience is key.
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
