Job summary
We are looking for a structured and proactive HR /Admin Manager who can coordinate the day to day operations of our client's business and support the growth of business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR & Admin functions and provide cross-departmental administrative aid.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance requirements.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and job documentation.
- Handle HMO Administration and resolve employee relations matters.
- Coordinate staff training and drive employee engagement activities.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and handle internal correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must be CIPM certified.
- A male candidate is preferred for this specific role to maintain team gender balance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, high confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
- Must reside in Warri or its environs.
