Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and application tracking
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
- Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Identify training and development needs and recommend solutions
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decision.
- Provide general HR support, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification in Human Resource Management e.g. CIPM, PHRI is an added advantage.
