Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and organisational systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Experience in a growing organisation is an advantage.
- Must be willing to reside and work in Ijebu-Ode.
