Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, and provide payroll support.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures
- Oversee general HR administration and provide administrative support to plant management
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
