Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, managing staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain budgets, and uphold quality standards, fostering a positive guest experience and maximizing profitability.

  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and directing all hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams.
  • Setting operational goals and objectives for the hotel and ensuring they are met.
  • Monitoring and managing hotel budgets, including expenses and revenue, to ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality standards for guest services, cleanliness, and amenities.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain guests, including marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Conducting regular inspections of hotel facilities and rooms to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to maximize revenue opportunities and optimize hotel occupancy.
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and training to hotel staff to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices in hotel management.
