We’re expanding rapidly this season and launching our viral Black Friday “Travel Small Small™ to Canada” Campaign. ✈️ We’re looking for energetic Appointment Setters to handle the daily leads pouring in from TikTok, WhatsApp, and our email funnels.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Engaging with inbound leads from TikTok, WhatsApp, and email (no cold calling).
Following up with form submissions, webinar attendees, and abandoned checkouts.
Setting qualified appointments for our High-Ticket Closers to finalize.
Managing a CRM to track prospects’ progress and follow-up reminders.
Maintaining professional, friendly chats and voice notes that build trust fast.
💡 Role Details
Remote / Part-time or Full-time (flexible schedule).
Performance Path: Top setters can advance to Sales Closer roles earning $5K–$20K+/month.
Scripts, tools, and full training provided — you bring energy and consistency.
🔹 Commission Rate: 5% Per Closed Sale
Every time a sale closes from a lead the setter handled, they earn 5% of the total amount collected.
This includes sales from leads they chatted with, followed up on, or booked for the closer.
Setter: 5% - Closer: 5–20% - Company keeps: 75–90% of total revenue
⚙️ Recommended Rules
Commission is based on collected payment (not promised or pending payments).
Setters tag or log leads properly in CRM so that attribution is clear.
Payment frequency: every 7–14 days after successful collection.
No retainer or base pay — purely performance-based, so we only pay for actual results.
We may raise the commission to 7–10% for special campaigns (e.g., Black Friday or target months).
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
Love chatting and connecting with people over WhatsApp, TikTok, or calls.
Have excellent English communication (bonus for French or Arabic).
Are reliable, persuasive, and comfortable working independently.
Can follow up with leads politely but persistently.
Are motivated by performance pay and seeing your impact immediately.
