🎯 What You’ll Be Selling

• Canada PR & Immigration Packages
• IELTS/CELPIP & French TEF/TCF Prep. Programs
• International Business Coaching & Consultation Sessions

You’ll have leads. You’ll have support. But ultimately, you are responsible for creating results—and you’ll be treated like a partner, not a call center rep.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Taking qualified inbound leads—but not waiting around for them.
• Proactively following up, reactivating past leads, and managing your pipeline daily.
• Owning your number: building momentum, identifying bottlenecks, and driving revenue.
• Running a consultative, high-integrity sales process that reflects the caliber of our clients.
• Collaborating with the founder and marketing team to increase conversion and performance.
• Maintaining calendar flexibility to meet prospects when they’re available—this means being open to evening and weekend calls if that’s when buyers are ready to move. We're not tracking hours—we care that you own your outcomes.

• Have closed high-ticket coaching or consulting ($5K–$20K+) or were a top-performing corporate AE ready to do work that matters.
• Can operate independently and treat this role like your own business.
• Have a strong North American communication style and understand how to speak to high-net worth immigrants.
• Strong English/French communication (written & spoken).
• Know that sales opportunities don’t live in 9-to-5 boxes, and you're flexible enough to close when the prospect is ready.
