Responsibilities:

Observe and learn proper machine handling and operational techniques.
Conduct basic pre-operation inspections on equipment and report faults or safety concerns.
Support loading, unloading, and movement of materials on-site.
Maintain cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of machinery and work areas.
Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and site regulations.
Assist senior operators, engineers, and maintenance teams with daily operational tasks.
Participate in training sessions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Maintain accurate records of assigned tasks and operational activities.
Support engineering and operational teams in achieving project objectives.

Requirements:

Currently studying Engineering or recently completed an Engineering-related program from a recognized institution.
Strong interest in construction, mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment operations.
Basic understanding of machinery operations and safety procedures is an added advantage.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and technical personnel.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor or industrial environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced site operations and work effectively under supervision.
