Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Open the workshop and detail areas; ensure all machines are clean, positioned, and functional
- Confirm all technicians wear proper uniforms and prepare their materials for the day
- Receive and review work orders for new repairs, diagnostics, and detailing jobs
- Reinspect all repairs completed the previous day and report updates to management
- Scan all vehicles using diagnostic tools and software to identify faults in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems
- Explain the nature of diagnosed faults and recommend appropriate repairs to customers in clear, understandable terms
- Call customers to follow up on diagnostics, repairs, or new updates related to their vehicles
- Supervise technicians and detailing attendants as they begin each assigned task and ensure proper execution
- Monitor all car wash and detailing activities; step in to correct or complete work when necessary
- Check vehicle interiors after detailing and ensure all customer items return to the vehicle before vehicle discharge
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and customer feedback for proper documentation and follow-up
- Research and stay updated on new vehicle technologies, diagnostic methods, and repair techniques.
