Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and manage our sales operations at the Kaduna branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of both individual and team sales targets.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand the company’s market presence within Kaduna and the surrounding regions.


Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective promotion of products and services.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives for better results.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.


Benefits:

  • NGN250,000 monthly performance bonus upon meeting set targets
  • 3.5% commission on personal sales
  • 1% commission on team sales

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Personal Sales Target: ₦50 million monthly.
  • Team Sales Target: ₦250 million monthly.
  • Achieve agreed KPIs and revenue objectives.


Location: Kaduna Branch


Remuneration: NGN 100,000
