Head of Sales and Marketing
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and manage our sales operations at the Kaduna branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of both individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand the company’s market presence within Kaduna and the surrounding regions.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective promotion of products and services.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives for better results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
Benefits:
- NGN250,000 monthly performance bonus upon meeting set targets
- 3.5% commission on personal sales
- 1% commission on team sales

Key Performance Indicators:
- Personal Sales Target: ₦50 million monthly.
- Team Sales Target: ₦250 million monthly.
- Achieve agreed KPIs and revenue objectives.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000
