Job summary
We are seeking a high-performance Growth and Marketing Leader to own and drive revenue growth across our B2C (1app) and B2B (Boldd) platforms. Drive revenue and user growth for a fast-growing fintech with 200k+ users and a 3,000+ agent network. Own B2C and B2B growth strategy, execution, and performance, with a clear target of scaling to $1M monthly revenue. This is a results-driven leadership role focused on impact.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute an end-to-end growth strategy
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Build and optimize marketing funnels and campaigns
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams
- Track performance metrics and ensure delivery of revenue targets
- Drive partnerships, distribution, and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience driving growth in fintech or high-scale startups
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth funnels, and revenue systems
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results
- Strong execution, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
