About The Role
Brielle Consulting is seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Head of Growth & Business Development to lead the firm’s revenue strategy, market expansion, and business development execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven growth professional who can design strategy, build scalable revenue systems, lead business development teams, and personally drive high-value partnerships and deals.
The successful candidate will own Brielle Consulting’s growth agenda — from pipeline development and conversion to team performance, market positioning, and long-term revenue sustainability.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Head of Growth & Business Development has full responsibility for:
Revenue growth strategy
Business development execution
Sales pipeline health and conversion
Team leadership and performance management
Strategic partnerships and market expansion
This role combines strategy, execution, and accountability.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute Brielle Consulting’s growth and revenue strategy
Own and manage firm-wide revenue targets and performance metrics
Lead, coach, and manage Business Development Executives
Personally drive high-value opportunities, partnerships, and enterprise deals
Design and optimise lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion systems
Oversee CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and pipeline discipline
Identify new markets, service opportunities, and revenue channels
Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure delivery alignment
Provide regular growth, revenue, and performance reports to management
GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE
Enforce strict adherence to documented business development processes
Ensure ethical client engagement and accurate contracting
Maintain auditable records of all revenue and growth activities
Uphold performance evaluation standards across the business development function
Compensation Structure
Monthly Salary: ₦400,000
Performance Application
65% and above of agreed performance threshold
→ Full salary paid
Below 65% of agreed performance threshold
→ Salary prorated strictly based on performance
100% and above of agreed performance threshold
→ Full salary plus 10% performance-based incentive
Compensation is strictly performance-linked and tied to measurable growth outcomes.

Professionals experienced in leading remote, target-driven teams
Candidates who thrive in structured, performance-measured environments
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years experience in business development, growth, or sales leadership
Proven track record of revenue growth and deal closure
Experience in consulting, HR services, or professional services is a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale business development teams
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
