Responsibilities:
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other growth channels.
- Build and optimize conversion funnels for landlords and tenants.
- Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and reactivation channels.
- Lead SEO and content growth initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations serving newcomers and international students.
- Create and maintain growth dashboards tracking CAC, activation, conversion, and ROI.
- Run weekly growth experiments and report performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience in a marketplace, proptech, fintech, real estate, or consumer-focused business.
- Proven success in managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and customer acquisition.
- Experience with GA4, Meta Events Manager, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
