This role requires a proactive leader who can provide strategic financial direction, manage budgets, and optimize the company’s resources to achieve long-term success.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems to support business goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses for management decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal control standards.
- Oversee audit processes (internal and external) and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Support the executive team with financial insights to guide business strategy.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and partners to manage financial relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in the automobile or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

Salary: ₦800,000 monthly
