Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Leadership:
- Develop and lead AREWA24’s global SVOD, digital and social media strategy aligned with brand, product, and business objectives
- Identify emerging digital platforms, technologies, and trends to keep AREWA24 at the forefront of innovation
- Oversee integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned digital channels
Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Own AREWA24’s presence across major social platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, etc.)
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building through compelling, culturally relevant content
- Establish best practices for real-time engagement, trend participation, and social listening
- Guide crisis response and reputation management across digital channels
Content & Creative Direction:
- Lead digital-first storytelling that highlights AREWA24’s products, impact, innovation, and values
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform-native content including video, short-form, live streams, and interactive formats
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Define KPIs for digital and social performance, including reach, engagement, conversion, and brand lift
- Use data and insights to optimise campaigns and inform strategy
- Partner with analytics and media teams to drive measurable ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Production, Commercial, YouTube, Partnerships, and Drama teams
- Support new show launches, corporate announcements, and cultural moments with integrated digital amplification
- Coordinate with Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure responsible and compliant communications
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global digital and social media team
- Manage agencies, production partners, and platform relationships
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience
- Minimum of OND
