Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Akure for the Head of Accounts & Finance. The role includes overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Head of Accounts & Finance will monitor financial performance, implement financial strategies, and provide actionable insights to support business growth. The position also involves fostering collaboration with team members and maintaining financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and financial reporting
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management to support organizational goals
• Possesses excellent analytical skills and a solid foundation in finance
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and high levels of integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or CFA) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
