Job Summary

A foremost Organizational Development Consulting company located in Lagos, an associate member of the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO). Where Consulting activities are targeted largely at maximizing productivity, shaping cultures and promoting harmony within Organizations and Institutions and collaborate with clients to help them become profit oriented and global best practice businesses. We are seeking a skilled Head of Finance and Admin/ Facility Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Organizations’ Administrative, Finance and Facility management. The will be responsible for overseeing the management of all Administrative and operational resources of the company to ensure operations run smoothly. While he plays a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, and implementing effective administrative systems.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recording and monitoring financial transactions accurately.
  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Managing the company's overall expenses and budgeting.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the company's financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing the monthly company payroll and ensuring timely payments to employees.
  • Addressing general accounting queries from internal stakeholders and providing necessary assistance.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of all receipts and payments for auditing purposes.
  • Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations, while adeptly managing contracts and budgets.
  • Effectively manage facility budgets, adhering to allocated resources while identifying areas for cost-efficiency.
  • Direct, supervise and evaluate operational activities of all staff
  • Ensure prompt preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance.
  • Inspect condition or functioning of facilities or equipment.
  • Liaising with a variety of professionals.
  • Overseeing all facility management function to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedure
  • Oversee all aspects of office operations, including office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management. Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Support in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


Requirements:

  • Qualification: B. Sc (Accounting) or HND (Accountancy)
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position.
  • IT Savvy: Proficiency in Accounting Software Packages such as sage, Quick book is compulsory. 
  • Additionally, a good knowledge of numerous IT software is an added advantage.
