Role Description   

This role is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, design, and execution of customized transaction processing solutions within the organization. In this capacity, the position oversees complex, high-value, and non-standard financial transactions that fall outside automated or conventional processing frameworks. Ultimately, the objective is to drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and deliver tailored solutions that support strategic clients, enterprise partnerships, and specialized financial products 

Job Requirements   

• First degree(s) in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Sciences. (Minimum of 2.2 or Lower Credit) 
• Certification in RDMS Database, Project Management, & Business Analysis would be an added advantage. 
• Minimum of 9 years post NYSC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role in IT support, fintech operations, or software systems usage.  
• Exposure to payment systems or transaction switching is a plus.  
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL), understanding of project lifecycle, and willingness to learn project management and business analysis concepts. 

Skills/Competencies   

• Technical Knowledge & Expertise of IT systems and electronic payments.  
• SQL or database querying.  
• System support and operations
