Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute architectural projects while meeting design standards and client requirements.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, proactively addressing challenges.
- Consistently pursue high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions.
- Create and present design proposals based on client needs.
- Have meetings with clients to identify and comprehend project requirements, providing advisory services and generating innovative ideas.
- Produce detailed blueprints, making necessary corrections and modifications.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure project success, quality control, and compliance.
- Communicate project specifications clearly within the team.
- Effectively manage project budgets for resource allocation and cost control.
- Ensure work aligns with architectural standards and industry best practices..
- Develop and present design concepts, plans, and models that meet project requirements and are innovative and sustainable
- Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Oversee construction and building process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Work with project teams including engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology to ensure design solutions are innovative and effective
