Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- General repairs: Fix doors, windows, locks, furniture, and other fixtures.
- Plumbing tasks: Repair leaks, unclog drains, and maintain basic plumbing systems.
- Electrical tasks: Replace light fixtures and switches and perform minor wiring jobs.
- Carpentry work: Build, repair, or install shelves, cabinets, and wooden structures.
- Painting & finishing: Perform touch-ups, repaint walls, and maintain surface finishes.
- Appliance maintenance: Inspect and repair small household or office appliances.
- Preventive maintenance: Conduct routine checks to prevent breakdowns
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Vocational qualification
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
