Migo is looking for an analytical and proactive
Growth & Product Marketing Analyst to support in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, digital marketing, product strategy, and customer insights, especially within fintech or fast-paced technology environments.
You will play a key role in optimizing digital channels, developing customer-facing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to product positioning that drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Support
Assist in developing and executing product marketing strategies across web, and mobile channels (WhatsApp SMS, etc).
Support campaign planning, targeting, and messaging for key customer segments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, Customer Experience) to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Digital Marketing Execution
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Display, Meta, programmatic, owned channels).
Monitor campaign performance, track conversions, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Support creative development for ads, landing pages, and product announcements.
Data, Insights & Reporting
Analyze funnel performance, and marketing KPIs to drive decision-making.
Use analytics tools and data management platforms (Google Analytics, Sigma computing, etc.) to generate insights.
Support experiment design (A/B tests), monitor results, and interpret findings.
Product Positioning & Messaging
Assist in preparing product launch materials, internal briefs (etc.)
Support with developing customer-facing assets (blog posts, FAQs, in-app, web messaging, email, etc).
Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, growth, or related roles within tech, fin-tech, or digital-first companies.
A good understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs).
Comfortable working with data: pulling reports, interpreting metrics, and presenting insights.
Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, SQL, Excel/Sheets).
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable narratives.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or growth loops.
Familiarity with mobile-first African markets.
Ability to create lightweight creative assets (simple graphics, landing pages, etc).
Understanding of fin-tech user behavior and credit/lending products.
