Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Growth Product Manager role based in Nigeria. The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for creating and executing product roadmaps, identifying and implementing growth opportunities, and driving product marketing strategies. Responsibilities include utilizing growth hacking techniques, employing design thinking to solve problems, and optimizing product performance through data-driven decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative and impactful product development will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Road Mapping and Product Management
- Expertise in Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge and application of Design Thinking principles
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven track record in achieving growth targets and improving product performance
