Why This Role Exists
But recently, it’s become clear that growth at this level needs deeper ownership.
Someone who doesn’t just run campaigns, but understands how everything connects.
From acquisition to activation.
From data to decisions.
We’re quietly looking to bring someone in to take that on.
What This Role Will Own
This would look like:
- Planning and executing data-driven growth strategies across paid and organic channels
- Managing and optimizing digital campaigns with a clear focus on performance
- Working closely with data, web analytics, and automation tools to identify opportunities and improve outcomes
- Collaborating with product, content, and marketing teams to strengthen the entire customer journey
- Owning key metrics like acquisition, retention, and conversion, and continuously improving them
- Overseeing marketing initiatives end-to-end, making sure things actually move and get delivered
What This Role Is Really About
This isn’t a “run ads and report numbers” role.
It’s about thinking in systems, testing constantly, and building growth engines that scale.
You’ll Likely Fit If You
- Have strong experience in growth marketing and marketing analytics
- Are comfortable working with web analytics and marketing automation tools
- Understand digital advertising, funnels, and conversion optimization deeply
- Can look at data, spot patterns, and turn them into clear actions
- Are organized enough to manage projects and keep things moving across teams
- Communicate clearly and think in terms of outcomes, not just activity
- Have worked in or understand the pace of startups or tech environments
Location
It’s a hybrid role based in Ibadan, with flexibility for remote work when needed.
