Role Description The Growth Marketer is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Afridef’s language and travel services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing growth marketing campaigns across digital channels, optimizing funnels for lead generation, and managing experiments to improve conversion rates. The role involves monitoring and interpreting marketing and web analytics, reporting performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations. The Growth Marketer will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define growth goals, refine messaging, and identify new opportunities for market expansion. This role also includes ongoing competitor and market research to inform strategy and ensure Afridef’s offerings remain compelling and relevant.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design and execute scalable acquisition and retention strategies.
- Strong Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns and user journeys.
- Experience with Lead Generation, including building and managing funnels, landing pages, and nurturing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media ads, CRM, A/B testing tools).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in education, travel, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
