Role Description The Growth Manager is a contract, on-site role based in Lagos. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across Workforce Group’s service lines. On a day-to-day basis, the Growth Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers. The role involves collaborating with advisory, recruitment, learning, outsourcing, and technology teams to design client solutions, prepare proposals, and support pitches. The Growth Manager will track key performance metrics, analyze market and competitor data, optimize campaigns and sales funnels, and report regularly on growth initiatives to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, growth management, or sales within professional services, consulting, HR, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in market research, opportunity analysis, and building data-driven growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline management, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, relationship building, and executive-level communication.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic analytics to track performance and optimize activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
