Job Title: Growth and Sales Specialist - EdTech
Location: Lagos- hybrid
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Growth and Sales Specialist to lead our EdTech sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategies to expand our EdTech offerings.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive EdTech growth
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the EdTech market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve EdTech products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Nice To Have

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems
  • Familiarity with the educational sector and its stakeholders
