Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture and greenhouse operations? Do you have the expertise to manage a thriving greenhouse environment? If so, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily greenhouse operations, including planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting
🌾 Maintain optimal growing conditions through climate control, fertilization, and disease management
🌾 Supervise and train staff on greenhouse procedures and best practices
🌾 Monitor crop health and production efficiency to maximize yield
🌾 Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
🌾 Manage inventory, budgeting, and procurement of greenhouse supplies
Qualifications & Skills:
🌿 Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
🌿 Experience in greenhouse management or controlled environment agriculture
🌿 Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and pest control
🌿 Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively
🌿 Ability to analyze data and optimize growing strategies
