Responsibilities:
Design Creation and Development:
- Develop and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and project requirements.
Banding and Identity:
- Design logos, brand identities, and style guides that accurately reflect clients' brand values and goals
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all client materials.
Collaborative Projects:
- Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Client Communication:
- Engage with clients to understand their design needs, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to clients for approval.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Digital and Print Media:
- Create engaging social media graphics, website banners, and email templates.
- Design print materials such as business cards, flyers, posters, and packaging.
Tools and Software:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated with the latest design software, trends, and techniques to ensure innovative and cutting-edge designs.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and proofread all design work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments before final delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
- Seek feedback from clients and team members to improve design quality and effectiveness continually.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to incorporate new ideas and approaches into designs.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphics Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
