Graphics Designer and Operations Manager
Job summary
We are hiring a Graphics & Operations Manager to oversee visual content production and support daily team operations across multiple arms of the business. This role is designed to help the owner step back from daily reviews by ensuring consistent brand visuals, quality output, and smooth workflow management.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Graphics & Brand Visuals:
- Design high-quality visuals, including: Flyers, Social media carousels, Presentation slides & decks, Templates & branded layouts, Quote graphics
Banners & promotional materials:
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Create reusable templates to improve efficiency
- Ensure visuals align with campaigns and program themes
Team Oversight & Workflow Coordination:
- Review and approve team outputs before publishing
- Ensure deadlines and content schedules are met
- Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
- Monitor task completion and performance standards
Operational & Program Support:
- Support planning and rollout of programs and campaigns
- Assist in organizing content calendars and promotional timelines
- Identify workflow improvements to increase productivity
- Help maintain structure across different arms of the business
Requirements:
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling ability
- Experience managing workflows or coordinating teams
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple projects
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting content-driven brands or educational programs
- Basic video editing skills (an advantage, not required)
- Experience working with remote teams
