Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity: Create and maintain cohesive brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides for a diverse range of clients.
• Marketing Collateral: Design high-converting digital assets for social media, email campaigns, web banners, and pitch decks.
• Visual Storytelling: Produce illustrations and graphics for our educational platforms and client projects that simplify complex concepts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the UI/UX team and Video Editors to ensure visual consistency across web interfaces and motion projects.
• Quality Control: Review and polish all design exports to ensure they meet Crevos Ltd's rigorous quality standards before delivery.
• Trend Leadership: Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and AI-driven design tools to keep our agency at the cutting edge.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, layout, and digital composition.
• Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for alignment, typography, and color theory.
• Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions to team members and clients effectively.
• Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
