Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for news publications, magazines and digital platforms.
- Create layouts for print and digital publications.
- Develop promotional materials, banners, flyers and advertisements.
- Design social media graphics and visual content.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams on creative projects.
- Maintain consistency in NLGN's visual identity and branding.
- Edit and optimise images for print and digital use.
- Ensure designs meet professional quality and publication standards.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and special projects.
Requirements:
- HND or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts/Visual Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design.
- Strong creativity, visual storytelling and layout skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Canva.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory and branding.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
