We’re looking for a marketing-minded graphic designer who specialises in AI-generated visuals and motion stills. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategy, using art direction and marketing frameworks like AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) to create visuals that don’t just look good but also drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:
- Create AI-generated visuals and motion stills for campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
- Apply marketing frameworks such as AIDA to craft visuals that guide viewers from awareness to action.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure visuals align with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Optimize all visuals for platform specifications and performance.
- Stay current on AI design trends, tools, and storytelling techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High school (S.S.C.E)
- Proven experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, or similar).
- Strong understanding of art direction, marketing principles, and storytelling in design.
- A portfolio showcasing AI-generated visuals created with marketing or campaign goals in mind.
- Ability to translate briefs into compelling, conversion-driven visuals.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Bonus: Experience creating motion stills or short-form animated content.
Remuneration: ₦100,000 monthly
