Job Description
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic and Multimedia Designer to design, develop and produce high-quality digital and web media. The role involves working across branding, animation, illustration, and multimedia online platforms to support organisational communication, marketing, and digital engagement strategies.
Responsibilities And Requirements

• Design and produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print channels (e.g. websites, social media, promotional material, reports, presentations).
• Develop multimedia content including animations, video graphics, and motion design.
• Work closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure design outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Translate business and client requirements into creative visual concepts.
• Create and edit visual content optimised for multiple platforms and devices.
• Maintain and update digital asset libraries, ensuring consistency across all media.
• Use professional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are embedded in all design outputs.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies. tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic and multimedia design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software.
• Knowledge of visual design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Experience creating multimedia content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
