Sproxil Nigeria is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Sales Representatives (Sales Accountants) to join our growing team in the South Eastern Region. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in sales and business development, while learning to manage client accounts, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Track and manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Conduct basic market research to support business development strategies.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates in the South Eastern Region are encouraged to apply.
  • Graduates from other disciplines with a strong interest in sales may also apply.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and confident personality with the ability to engage clients.
  • Good writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
