Google Ads & Facebook Ads Specialist Needed (Onsite)

We're looking to hire someone experienced in running Meta ads and Google ads to join us full-time at ADILO.

Salary is 400,000 naira per month + generous performance bonuses

If you're a rockstar with extensive experience running paid ad campaigns especially sales conversion ads to Tier-1 countries, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Must be experienced in:

• Google and YouTube ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Ads copywriting
• At least 1 video tool (eg: Capcut) and an image editing tool (eg: Canva or Figma) for making their image and video ad creatives
• Use of AI tools (eg: ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) to come up with new ad ideas, improve ad copies, video ad scripts, research winning ad campaigns and more.
• Generate image and video ad creatives using AI

Other nice-to-have experiences are:

• TikTok ads
• Snapchat Ads
• X (Twitter) ads
• Influencer partnership ads.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing our daily and monthly ad budgets across all platforms and ensuring all budget is expended effectively and that all KPIs, CPA targets and Ad Revenue goals are met
• Creating new ad copies and creatives (images, videos, etc), launching and managing ad campaigns to drive actions daily
• Monitoring ad libraries and other brands to keep up to trends on ad styles and copy successful styles
• Developing, pitching and launching new ad campaign ideas,
• Developing and managing 3rd party UGC and influencer partnerships
• Design and create new ad images and videos for our camapaigns daily.
• Researching successful ad campaigns or viral content produced and ran by other brands, and emulating their styles.

Job Type: Onsite

Job Location: Enugu, Nigeria (applicant must live in Enugu or be willing to relocate)

Active Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: 400,000 Naira per month, starting salary (Plus generous bonuses are designed around KPIs)
