Remote flexible-hours role for an experienced Google Ads expert to audit, manage and improve campaigns, with strong knowledge of GTM, GA4, conversion actions, offline conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, tracking accuracy and lead-generation optimisation.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Audit our current Google Ads account and campaign setup.
  • Review campaign structure, keywords, search terms, bidding strategy, and conversion goals.
  • Audit all Google Ads conversion actions.
  • Check Google Tag Manager setup and tag firing.
  • Check GA4 events and Google Ads imported conversions.
  • Review form leads, WhatsApp leads, email leads, and phone call tracking.
  • Check offline conversion imports and Enhanced Conversions for Leads.
  • Identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect conversion tracking.
  • Fix tracking issues where needed.
  • Make sure Google Ads is receiving accurate lead and conversion data.
  • Recommend improvements to campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Provide a clear report explaining what was checked, what was wrong, and what was fixed.


Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Search campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 / GA4.
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion actions.
  • Experience with offline conversions and Enhanced Conversions for Leads.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues across website, GA4, GTM and Google Ads.
  • Good understanding of Smart Bidding and how conversion data affects campaign optimisation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly and simply.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM integrations, especially Zoho CRM.
  • Experience with Make.com automation.
  • Experience with Google Ads Data Manager.
  • Experience with lead-generation campaigns.
  • Experience with service-based businesses.
  • Experience with landing page conversion rate optimisation.
