Go-To-Market Strategist
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist to lead the launch and growth of Bucapay’s products. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive user acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for Bucapay’s products (exchange, earn, loans, escrow marketplace, etc.)
- Identify target customer segments and define positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Plan and oversee product launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align GTM strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to refine strategies
- Design and execute growth experiments across channels (social, partnerships, community, paid ads)
- Track KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, retention, and revenue
- Build partnerships with influencers, communities, and strategic partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in growth, marketing, or GTM roles (preferably in fintech or crypto)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategies
- Experience launching products or features from zero to traction
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Familiarity with the crypto/Web3 space is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in African fintech or crypto startups
- Community-led growth experience (Telegram, Twitter, Discord)
- Performance marketing experience (Meta, Google Ads)
