- The candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: Plastic extrusion (LDPE / HDPE film blowing), Flexographic printing, Bag cutting and converting machines, Production of nylon shopping bags and printed BOPP bread bags, Raw material procurement (plastic resins, inks, solvents, packaging materials), Factory operations management
- Ability to generate sales, develop clients, and drive revenue growth in the packaging and printing industry.
- Experience in flexible packaging, plastic bag manufacturing, or printing industries is required.
