Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and project-related functions of Innovarch Design and Projects Consult Ltd. (IDPC).
- Provide strategic direction, strengthen organizational systems.
- Foster effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensures that all design, engineering, and consultancy projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in line with industry standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture (a Master’s Degree or professional certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operational governance and general compliance.
- Strong background in project and contract management, bids and tenders, and report writing/presentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and maintain client satisfaction.
