Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales and marketing funnels to improve lead generation and customer conversion.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, ad copy, and funnel stages.
- Collaborate with the content, creative, sales, and customer service teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale successful campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through analytics tools and CRM systems.
