Company Description TosaadecWorld Foundation (TWF) is a voluntarily funded humanitarian organization working across Nigeria to help children and families escape extreme poverty through innovative programs in education, decent work, food security, clean water, clean energy, and environmental well-being. Role Description The Fundraising Officer is a full-time role based in Ibadan, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying and cultivating relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and grant-making bodies, and preparing compelling proposals, reports, and fundraising materials. The Fundraising Officer will organize fundraising campaigns and events, coordinate donor communications, maintain accurate donor records, and monitor fundraising performance against targets. The role also includes collaborating with program and finance teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities, ensuring transparency and accountability in all fundraising activities.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of Philanthropy and Charities, with experience in donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, or nonprofit development.
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, donor records, and event logistics efficiently.
• Professional Writing skills for drafting proposals, impact reports, donor correspondence, and fundraising content.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Development Studies) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or resource mobilization within nonprofit or humanitarian settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic CRM or donor management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and uphold ethical, inclusive, and transparent fundraising practices.
