Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain high-performance financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js (NestJS), and Python microservices to support real-time lending and transaction systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end fintech solutions, from responsive React front-end interfaces to backend disbursement logic using Node.js/NestJS.
- Build and maintain Python-based microservices for automated borrower risk evaluation.
- Implement secure integrations using JWT, mTLS, and third-party banking APIs.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, database migrations, and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Build scalable APIs capable of handling high transaction volumes.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to maintain system reliability and accuracy.
- Ensure application security by preventing SQL injection, XSS, and implementing AES-256 encryption standards.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of tech experience with proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js (NestJS), and Python.
- Experience building scalable, high-concurrency APIs.
- Strong understanding of database management and secure software development practices.
- Ability to work comfortably across typed and scripting environments.
- Experience with automated testing and TDD methodologies.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, or DeFi systems.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and environment management.
Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 net (Slightly open to negotiation based on experience)
