BayoBrands is a social media agency based in Osogbo. We help businesses stop blending in and start actually connecting with the people they're trying to reach. Great content, sharp strategy, genuine results.
The role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager for a personal brand. Your job is to build and manage a presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram/TikTok, YouTube, and more. We're not launching everywhere at once. We'll grow smart, repurpose content across platforms, and bring in intern support down the line. But the vision is a full, thriving presence, and we want the person who's going to make that happen.

What you'll be doing
- Building social media presence from zero to public.
- Writing and posting content that actually resonates.
- Hunting for trending sounds, memes, and formats and adapting them for the brand before they go cold.
- Sparking conversations in comments and DMs that lead to conversions, not just likes.
- Briefing creatives or interns clearly enough that the execution matches the vision in your head.
- Watching what works, iterating, and doing more of that.
- Collaborating with a lean, fast-moving team.
What we're looking for
- You're growth-oriented. You want to get better at this, not just do it.
- You're curious. You research, you test, you learn from what doesn't work.
- You know your strengths, and you're honest about where you need support.
- You can build a social media presence from scratch and grow it into something real.
- You know how to ignite conversations in comments and DMs that lead to conversions.
- Whether you're executing yourself or delegating, the content goes up, and it goes up right.
- You're a strong writer and communicator.
- You know your way around analytics and can act on what they're telling you.
- You work well in a small team where everyone's wearing more than one hat.
- A degree in marketing or communications is preferred, but your portfolio talks louder.

The details
This is a physical, full-time role in Osogbo. If you're the right person but you're not based here yet, we're open to supporting relocation within Nigeria.
Salary: N220,000
Data bonus: N20,000
