Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will

- primarily train students at The Growth Hub Akure


Secondarily:

- design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that support SalesPlat Technologies’ growth and customer success solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring application performance, reliability, and security. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, as well as troubleshooting issues and improving existing features. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Akure, requiring close cooperation with cross-functional teams to deliver and deploy production-ready software.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
  • Solid skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, using modern frameworks, databases, and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code, follow best practices in version control (e.g., Git), and work with collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization for web applications.
  • Understanding of software testing, debugging, and monitoring tools to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work on-site in Akure within a cross-functional team.
