Job summary

A front desk position is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, providing information about the organization, answering phone calls and emails, and handling any guest inquiries or complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Answering phone calls

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Processing paperwork, maintaining records
  • Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of an OND
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate should have a friendly demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
