Front Desk/Admin Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a smart, friendly and organized front desk/Admin officer that will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Receive guests and clients on behalf of the organization
- Maintain a logbook for all incoming guests and clients
- Acts as the point of contact between the managers and visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and take messages
- Collect, sort and distribute correspondences
- Manage office supplies such as files, forms, papers, pens, etc.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, etc.
- Record the minutes of staff meetings
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments and travel arrangements
- Handle customers’ requests and complaints
- Tracking time and attendance of all staff
- Ensure that the front desk is tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Proficient use of Microsoft office suite (Ms Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
