Job summary

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming clients, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong organizational abilities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners warmly and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and the office calendar.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
  • Attend to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services and properties.
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries.
  • Maintain client records and update office databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Management teams.
  • Monitor office supplies and initiate replenishment when necessary.
  • Assist with client follow-ups and other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Technology, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience).
